Sand Trap and Bypass Piping System, Duplex Stainless Steel Fabrication, Mystras FPSO

Scope: The project involves the fabrication of a Sand Trap and Bypass Piping System on the Mystras FPSO using Duplex Stainless Steel. The sand trap system is designed to capture and remove sand particles from the produced fluids to protect downstream equipment, while the bypass piping system allows for efficient fluid flow during certain operational scenarios.

Objective: The main objective of the project is to fabricate the Sand Trap and Bypass Piping System using Duplex Stainless Steel, a high-strength and corrosion-resistant material ideal for offshore and marine applications. The system's construction aims to ensure the efficient and reliable separation of sand particles from the produced fluids while maintaining smooth fluid flow through the bypass system.
